It is evident that the change we need today is as much, if not more, internal as it is external. Gandhi once said “Be the change you want to see in the world.” This is more easily said than done.
For us to experience a more positive quality of life in the outside, we need to mirror that positivity in our inner lives.

This is why I have created Circles of Dignity, to provide a space of reflection and contemplation from our busy lives, and one that allows us to live lives that are closer to our true intent, individually and collectively.
